The Eating Freely Program

Helping individuals heal from emotional and binge eating, reconnect with their bodies, and build a balanced relationship with food

Struggling with Emotional or Binge Eating? You're Not Alone

  • You are sick of feeling out of control around food, eating in secret or hiding eating habits, guilt, shame, or self-criticism after eating or using food to soothe, numb, or escape emotions
  • Chronic body dissatisfaction—feeling disconnected, disappointed, or even disgusted with your body
  • A history of dieting—tired of the cycle, yet unsure how to stop chasing the next “fix”
  • Fear of weight gain—even when weight loss isn’t the goal, this fear holds so much power
  • Shame around your appearance —especially in your changing midlife body, where women often feel unseen or judged

  • Grief over what food or body used to be —longing for peace, normalcy, or confidence again
  • Belief that the problem is YOU — not the systems, pressure, or trauma, but your own lack of willpower
  • Exhaustion from living by food rules—craving freedom, but afraid of what happens without control
  • Desire for a non-diet path—a way to heal without restriction, punishment, or performative wellness
