How can I get started?
You can book a free 15-minute strategy call to ask questions and see if we are a fit! Click anywhere on the website ‘book a free consultation’ or book one of the packages on the website. Once payment is received, your first appointment will be scheduled and your journey begins!
Do you offer payment plans?
I do offer flexible payment plans that can be paid monthly or a sensible arrangement that is agreed between both parties. In addition, I will accommodate unwaged, students and allocate sponsorships for individuals with financial challenges. Please reach out to me.
Do we meet in person or virtually?
No need to bother getting to an office, all consultations are conducted virtually and communication is between is by email.
Will I need to follow a strict diet during this program?
No the focus of this work is not to follow a strct diet but to focus on healthy foods and listening to the body
Do I need to be in perimenopause to benefit?
No. Whether you’re 30 or 55, this program is built to support hormone health at every phase.
Will this help with weight loss?
The focus is on balance, not shrinking. That said, many women find their body naturally sheds inflammation and weight when hormones stabilize.
Do I need to give up caffeine, dairy, or sugar?
This isn’t about restriction—it’s about learning how to nourish your body and reduce stressors. You’ll choose what works for you.
