Curious how the eating freely programme works?
You can have the best of both worlds, material you work on by yourself coupled with 1:1 sessions where we discuss the work. You can do a full 1:1 program along with supporting materials (this means 15 1:1 sessions throughout the program) or do the hybrid version here you work through materials alone and we have 4 1:1 calls to do the work

Step 1 - make contact!

Step 2 - Let's do the work together!
- 15 1:1 sessions, we can work at your pace & old space for what comes up
- The first session is 90mins and then every other session is 60mins on zoom
- In between sessions you have handouts, homework and videos

Step 3 - You prefer to work alone!
- You will work through the 16 module online program, with access to materials, homework and handouts
- We will meet at the start, in-between and at the end on 4 1:1 zoom calls
- You will be able to ask questions and have support via messaging

How can I get started?
You can book a free 15-minute strategy call to ask questions and see if we are a fit! Click anywhere on the website ‘book a free consultation’ or book one of the packages on the website. Once payment is received, your first appointment will be scheduled and your journey begins!
Do you offer payment plans?
I do offer flexible payment plans that can be paid monthly or a sensible arrangement that is agreed between both parties. In addition, I will accommodate unwaged, students and allocate sponsorships for individuals with financial challenges. Please reach out to me.
Do we meet in person or virtually?
No need to bother getting to an office, all consultations are conducted virtually and communication is between is by email.
